His qualifications include a Bachelor's in Commerce, a Master's in Financial Management, ACL Dealing Certificate, and Certified Microfinance Expert.

Finance DirectorBatsirai is an accountant by profession with over 15 years of experience, a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe & South Africa), and trained at PwC, Harare. He has extensive experience in financial and operational management, with a focus on control and compliance, reporting, investment management, as well as investor relations. He has previously held various senior leadership and management roles in agricultural businesses in Africa, as well as agro-processing, manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
MUCHINERIPI CHIGWENDERE
Head of Legal & Company SecretaryMr. Chigwendere is a seasoned professional in the fields of law and banking, boasting extensive expertise in Investments, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Legal matters, and Secretariat duties. He earned a BCom Finance degree and an LLB Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Additionally, he is a registered Legal Practitioner and an active member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
RICHARD WUSHE
Head of TreasuryMr. Wushe is a seasoned banker with more than three decades of expertise in Retail, Corporate, Treasury, and Investment Banking. With a substantial 25-year tenure in the Treasury Division, he ascended from Junior Dealer to the esteemed position of Head of Treasury at leading Zimbabwean banks. He holds a BComm. in Economics from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and is a certified Associate member of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa, along with multiple International Treasury Qualifications.
Anilly Muromba
Head of International Banking & Exchange ControlAnilly holds a B Com Honours in Business Management from National University of Science and Technology (NUST),and a Diploma in Management (MDP)(NUST).She has over 25 years’ experience in International Banking, Exchange Control, SME Banking and Trade Finance having worked in various commercial Banks in Management and Head of Department Roles before joining Getbucks Microfinance Bank. Main areas of expertise include Exchange Control Advisory, International Banking and Trade Finance with knowledge in Business development processes, Correspondent Banking Relationship Management and Client Relationship Management..
